Availability and substitution
Nothing that grows out of the earth will looks exactly the same. Every living thing, branch, leaf, flower has its own peculiarity and whim, which we suppose you could say is the hallmark of nature! As such, this translates to how every creation (even reproductions of a previous design) will be unique.
Our selection of fresh flowers varies with seasons to bring you what nature may offer differently in spring, summer, winter and fall. All sample arrangements shown on our website are to give an idea of the style and colour it will come in.
Substitutions may be necessary and made from time to time when required, this may be done without prior notice or obligations to you. We ask of you to trust that we will always work hand-in-hand with you create the botanical or floral arrangement you’re wanting, using the freshest in-season floral or botanical supplies at any time of the year.
Delivery days and times
Deliveries are available every day with the exception of Public Holidays and selected dates, which will be blocked out and unavailable for selection on the delivery calendar.
For same day deliveries, please call us at +65 9247 4162 to enquire on floral product availability. Please note that an expedited order fee of $15 may apply on a case-to-case basis and at the discretion of IN THE NAME OF.
We undertake to deliver within the following delivery windows: 2pm – 5pm, 5pm – 8pm.
Deliveries are carried out by trusted and trained delivery services and personnels to ensure that your flowers are always in safe hands.
Islandwide delivery is charged at $15 per lovation to Singapore addresses, except P.O. Box addresses and unless otherwise stated. Delivery during peak periods such as Eves’ of and Public Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Lunar New Year, and Christmas may be subject to additional charges.
Currency, price, and payment
All prices shown on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclusive of any Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Upon payment, a confirmation with an order number will be sent to your email. Your order will only be processed upon full payment.
All our online transactions are processed via Stripe for credit card payment.
Reception, re-direction or re-delivery
Please ensure that the intended recipient or a representative is available at the delivery location to receive the flowers. Providing us with the contact numbers of both the sender and recipient will help us react quickly should the need arise.
If at the time of delivery, no recipient or representative is available to receive the flowers, the courier will call the recipient and/or the sender for further instructions. If both the sender and recipient cannot be contacted via telephone within 15 minutes of the courier's arrival, the flowers will be left at a reception/front desk, or at the front door. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point onwards. Kindly note that we may also not be able to produce an authorised signature as proof of delivery, if it is not received directly by the intended recipient.
Should a re-direction to a different address or re-delivery at another window be required, an additional charge of $15 will be incurred in the event a courier has already picked up the flowers. Kindly note that the re-delivery and/or re-direction will only be scheduled upon payment of such charges.
Cancellations and refunds
Should you require to cancel your order, contact us immediately so that we can stop your order from being processed. We will unfortunately be unable to refund you any amount should this request come in less than 3 full working days from the day of the delivery.
If you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, please give us notice 2 full working days in advance of the original delivery date.
If there is a quality issue or if you received a wrong item, please contact us immediately. Describe the problem and where possible, send us an image, so that we may offer you a resolution as efficiently as possible.
Force Majeure and Frustrations
Neither we, nor any courier service employed shall be liable for any hinders, delays or preventions resulting in nonperformance, should there be any prevailing circumstance(s) outside our reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, any adverse weather conditions such as natural catastrophes, pandemics, flood, fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of roads or highways, riot, terrorism, act of God, or any industrial dispute/ strike.
Site Host/ Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
